What and Why:

Ideal for hair perming procedures. Perfect for use with all hair curlers and rollers sizes. Paper size: super jumbo, 3" x 4" cold wave. Absorbent, high strength resistant to moisture.  Use wet or dry for perm rods. Tools for roller styling end wraps. Protects from damage for heat-treated application.

The end paper encases the ends of the hair to permit the hair to be rolled onto a permanent waving rod. A gripping strip is affixed to the top surface of the end paper adjacent to either the first edge or the second edge for gripping the hair placed perpendicularly across the strip.
