What is Buccal Facial Massage?
Buccal Facial Massage is a specialized facial technique that involves massaging the inside of the mouth (buccal area) and the outer facial muscles.
It is often referred to as an "inside-out" facial because the therapist works both outside and inside the mouth to target deeper facial muscles.
Prerequisites
You must be at least 18 years of age, have a good understand and knowledge of the English language, and poses basic education of the human body.
If you have no human body education, you'll need to take the following prerequisites:
Course Outline
Online Portion
Enjoy the self-paced online program with a suggested completion time of 4 weeks. This course includes live lectures, which are recorded for future access, and you will have six-month access to all online materials.
In-Person Portion
After completing the online course, you must complete an in-person practical training session with us to earn your certificate. We will automatically enroll you for the first available in-person date upon registration as space is limited to 6 students per session.
Practical Requirements
You are required to complete 6 full treatments after your in-person session. Your final treatment must be submitted as a video recording for assessment.
Course Timeframe
Students will have 4 weeks to complete online portion including 6 practical treatments as part of their training and write final written exam, with a minimum pass of 85%. Then join the in-person classes for additional hands on training.
Enrolment and Payment
Total course cost is $1750. To enroll, a 30% deposit required to reserve your spot with the remaining charged 14 days before your start date.
Refund requests must be made more than 14 days before the training date. Deposits and payments made less than 14 days before the training date are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee.
