Le Gua Sha

The Gua Sha crystal quartz stones are used during massage techniques. Inspiration was taken from traditional Chinese medicine. The crystal quartz is a stone of light and energy, that boosts, regenerates and fortifies all surroundings. It helps to oxygenate the cells and prevent sagging skin.

To improve circulation, and increase relaxation. To brighten complexion, soften fine lines. To help with lymphatic drainage. To reduce inflammation and puffiness, particularly in the eye contour. This ritual of self care often feels as if it balances, clears the mind and grounds the spirit.

USE:

1) Cleanse and tone - make sure face and tool are clean

2) Apply a facial oil or moisturizer for slip

3) Recommended to hold the tool at 30-45 degree angle, gently scrape it across the surface of the skin following lymphatic flow. Repeat movements in 3 or more times before moving to another area

4) Remove excess product and complete skincare routine.
